It's a two-hour special ( ◜࿀◝ )
There was a lot of laughter.
It was interesting and fun.
Please be sure to watch!
Watanabe [Risa], Kobayashi and I are on the cover
Of Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine.
Wintry photos!
And in ViVi magazine
I talk a lot
About the skin-care products I use.

I like the program Seven Rules
I watch it every week!
There are so many different jobs in the world,
And all kinds of things to be particular about.
It's terribly interesting...
And I like the announcer's voice.
I really want to go and see Thailand!!!
Thank you very much for reading.

Seven Rules セブンルール is a documentary program that each week follows a woman in her work and/or other activities, focusing on seven things she pays close attention to.
Neru's seeming enthusiasm for this week's Cream Quiz Miracle 9 makes me think her team may have won this week's contest. This is her fourth appearance: the team she was on won in her first two appearances, but lost in the third.
Here are some clips from her last appearance, on 25 October:
And here are clips from the last TV variety show she was on, The King's Brunch. Neru is gradually finding her niche as a regular TV variety performer:
When Neru mentions Risa earlier, she actually just says "Watanabe." We know which one (of the two in Kanji Keyaki) she means because of the way she writes it. Watanabe Risa writes "Watanabe" in the full, traditional way as 渡邉; Watanabe Rika's family uses the simplified form 渡辺. Just to be particular about this, Watanabe Miho writes her surname the same way Risa does.
There is a little wordplay in the sentence when she says she wants to go to Thailand. She says: Tai ni sugoku itte mitai." Thailand is Tai in Japanese, written in katakana. The last word of that sentence is mitai, "want to see", and she spells the "want to" part tai with katakana, (when it would normally be in kanji+hiragana) punning on the name of the country.
Neru is still the high-school nerd who told a caller on the radio this week that during holidays, she used to study up to 16 hours a day, because she enjoyed it.
